Make Things Right Campaign

We’re Backing HM Government’s, ‘Make Things Right Campaign’.

We support the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities’ campaign – Make Things Right, aimed at addressing housing issues of residents of social housing.

Estuary recognises that everyone deserves a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home. When our service falls short of customer expectations, it’s important that we know, so that we can put things right and learn and improve our services going forward.

The ‘Make Things Right Campaign’ seeks to empower individuals living in social housing by ensuring they are:

  • Aware of their rights,
  • Understand how to voice complaints
  • Feel confident that their concerns will be addressed.

We’re committed to making things right. Our complaints process is accessible to all of our customers in a number of formats.

The steps to get an issue resolved:

Step 1. Report it to us at 0300 304 5000 or info@estuary.co.uk

Step 2. Complain through our complaint process, and if you’re not happy with the final response from us…..

Step 3. Escalate your complaint to the Housing Ombudsman

We can work together to make things right!
