53 Week Payment Year

It’s a 53 week year in 2024-25! 

Most of our tenancies are charged weekly on a Monday. 

In a standard year, there are 52 Mondays, meaning 52 weekly charges.

Every five to six years there are 53 Mondays in a year. 2024-25 is one of those years.
