New Cleaning and grounds maintenance service
We have changed the way we carry out our cleaning and grounds maintenance work. The services have been brought in-house using staff directly employed by our Grounds & Estates Maintenance Service (GEMS) to give us better control over the quality of service.
This is an exciting time. When vacancies become available, we will be looking to employ residents. There will be training opportunities so that you can learn new skills whilst helping to improve the appearance of where you live.
The GEMS team look forward to this new venture and will be providing good quality services by residents for our residents.
