Our repairs customer satisfaction level for May is 96%. This is the highest level of customer satisfaction for over 5 years and represents significant change in contractor performance.
The performance has steadily improved over the last 11 months despite a range of operational issues during that time. We hope to continue to maintain this performance over the coming 6 months whilst we look at procuring our long term repairs and maintenance partner.
