There are also a number of ways you can get involved at a local level
Service Advisors are residents who we contact occasionally about specific aspects of our service. You answer questions either over the telephone or by a postal survey.
Resident Satisfaction surveys are run for us by the National Housing Federation. Your views are important as this tells us how we are performing and helps us plan for our future services. We also ask you about our services by using questionnaires, for example when you move into a new home. Your comments help us improve our service.
If you would like more information on any aspect of resident involvement please telephone, write to, or
e-mail our Community Development and Regeneration Manager.
Have we got it right?
We are always looking to improve the way we consult residents. We particularly encourage involvement by younger people and people from black and ethnic minority communities.
If you have a suggestion as to how we involve you in shaping our service please contact our Community Development and Regeneration manager or The Federation of Estuary Residents
