You can report a non-emergency repair by completing the form below or by calling 0800 7830496 during normal office hours.

We will process your request and you will receive confirmation by post. Working days are Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1700 hours.

Out of Hours Emergencies
If it is an out of hours emergency you should telephone National Property Solutions on 0845 769 7820.

However, if you use the emergency service when it is later found not to be an emergency, you could be charged for the repair.

What counts as an emergency?

Gas leak • total loss of electricity • dangerous electrical installation • total loss of water serious water leak • blocked or leaking toilet where there is only one in your home • blocked drains and sewers • loss of heating in winter • damaged flat entrance door • serious roof leak • loose roof tile, gutter or drain pipe where dangerous • loose bricks or masonry where dangerous
