Paying Your Rent

We have joined up with Bills Online, to offer a completely secure way to pay your rent over the internet. You can use debit card or arrange for a regular payment to come directly from your bank account. You will need your rent payment card, then it is very simple to register for this quick and easy way to take care of your rent payments.

To help you, we have listed some of the repairs you are responsible for, and some of the repairs we are responsible for, but if you are not sure you can call on on the above number for more advice.

Examples of repairs you are responsible for:

• Interior decorating
• Changing fuses and lightbulbs
• Replacing door keys and locks where you lose the key
• Plugs, chains, shower heads, other bathroom fittings
• Floor coverings
• Washing lines
• Bleeding the radiators
• Maintaining private gardens, dustbins and refuse areas
• Repairs caused by neglect, wilful damage or forced entry
• Fittings and appliances supplied by yourself, such as plumbing in washing machines.

Examples of repairs we are responsible for:

• Structure and exterior of your home for example roof, chimney and external flues, walls, windows sills.
• External decoration
• Interior walls, skirting boards, letter boxes, ceilings.
• Installations for supply of water, gas, electricity and sanitation such as basins and waste pipes
• Heating where fitted by us.
• Gates, fences, ramps, outhouses etc where fitted by us
• Communal areas
