Estuary Board Members

		Ken Johnson, CQSW, DMS, DIP CON,PGCE, MCMI Chair of Estuary Housing Association Ltd and Member of the Audit Committee Joined the Association in 1998 Substantial experience in local authority Social Services and Currently Senior Lecturer and Academic Tutor with Anglia Polytechnic University.


		Alan Gershlick Member of the Board Joined the Association in 2004 Alan qualified as a solicitor in 1967 and is a Senior Partner with Jefferies Solicitors practising in property law.


		Bob Kelly, ACIB Member of the Board and Chair of Audit Committee Joined the Association in 2000 Formerly Area Manager of HSBC Bank plc Southend for over 38 years. His knowledge within the banking sector is wide-ranging.


		John Knox BSc, FRICS Member of the Board and Audit Committee Joined the Association in 2001 John is a Chartered Surveyor and now works mainly as an independent consultant. He has extensive residential property experience particularly valuation and development analysis.


		Keith Sharman, CEng, MICE, MIHT Member of the Board and Audit Committee Joined the Association in 1996 Chartered Civil Engineer and spent 33 years in Local Government principally in Technical Services. Currently part-time Lecturer at South Essex Technical College.


		Susannah Westwood, RGN, BA(Hons), MA, PGCE Member of the Board Susannah is currently working for a specialist RSL as Service Development Manager developing extracare housing for older people. Susannah has a wide experience of local government, Supporting people and health in both managerial and clinical posts.


		Ronald Horncastle ACIB Member of the Board Joined the Association in 2007 Member of the Association of the Chartered Institute of Bankers since 1977, and has held many managerial positions in banking.


		Adetunji Oyewunmi BSc,ACA, ACCA Member of the Board Joined the Association in 2007 Tunji is a Chartered Accountant with several years of Audit, Manufacturing and Commercial Financial services experience. He currently works as a Treasury Accountant in the Insurance Sector.


		Mark Gaynor MA, BA, Dip Member of the Board Joined the Association in 2009. He is a Consultant working on commissions relating to Development. Mark has extensive experience of building Sustainable Communities, of Housing and of the Environment, at an Executive level.


		Paul Munday BSc Member of the Board and Development Committee. Joined the Association in 2009. Paul is qualified in Civil Engineering and Accounting. He is a Consultant working on commissions relating to development and asset management. Paul previously had 13 years experience working in Housing, Maintenance, Development and in Commercial roles, at an Executive level.


		Peter Baiden, BA Hons, Dip.App.Sc, PGCE Joined the Association in March 2010. Peter has been an Estuary resident since 2009. Committee Member of the Federation of Estuary Residents. Peter was formerly a lay member of Hyde Housing Association’s London Committee; Southampton Committee – Chair of Southampton Committee with place on Management Board.


		Maria Fowkes Joined the Association in March 2010. Maria has been an Estuary resident since 2003 and has been actively involved in a number of groups within the community. Maria has also been a Committee Member of the Federation of Estuary Residents since 2007.
