Estuary’s Approach to antisocial behaviour
I am suffering from antisocial behaviour – What can I do about it?
It depends on the seriousness of the situation. Often it’s best for you to try and speak to the person causing the problem because they may not realise the effect their behaviour is having.
This may not be appropriate in some situations. If you are experiencing harassment, intimidation, actual or threatened violence you need to contact the Police straight away.
What next?
If you have tried speaking to the person(s) causing the problem and this has made no difference, contact your Housing Officer.
You can contact by phone, email, letter, in person or via Estuary’s website.
Your Housing Officer will offer you advice and arrange to visit you to discuss an action plan.

How can I find out more information?
If you ask we will send you a copy of The Association’s Policy and procedure which will provide you with more detail on antisocial behaviour then this summary. We also have separate leaflets available that provide more information on Harassment, completing diary sheets, mediation etc.
