 New Employees can opt into the Career Average Earnings Pension Scheme (CARE). Estuary currently contributes 12.3% of employee’s annual salary whilst employees contribute 6.2%.  Please note that these figures will change in 2010 to 14.3% Employers contribution and 8.1% Employees contribution.
