Supported Living

Within our Supported Living provision we currently have 23 services that vary in the level of support provided to individuals. We support people with a variety of needs, this support can range form 24 hour 2:1 high level support in all areas of daily living, to a drop in housing surgery on a weekly basis to discuss housing related issues, such as tenancy related matters.

It does not matter what need the person has or how much support they require, we are committed to improving the lives of people who benefit from the delivery of forward-thinking, tailored supported living services.

Our Supported Living Services are based on these values:

• Every person is unique.
• The supports a person needs must fit their own needs, goals and aspirations.
• People have control over their own lives.
• Every person is at the centre of the planning of support.
• We believe that supported living should make life better for people and create opportunities and enable risks to be taken.

All Supported Living Services that provide high level support are regulated through both the funding (Placing) authority and the Care Quality Commission and are assessed and monitored against a set of judgements, standards and outcomes.
