Actions that can be taken
The actions will depend on:
- The type of behaviour and it’s impact on others
- The age of the perpetrator
- Whether the perpetrator is a resident
- Whether the perpetrator is vulnerable
- What actions are likely to be effective.
We will discuss options with you for resolving your particular case but they will mean co-operation from you. Some options we may consider are:
- Mediation
- Warning letters and visits
- Using other agencies such as the local authority, Environmental Health and Police
- Acceptable Behaviour Contracts (ABCs)
- Parenting Contracts
