We set out clear requirements of our tenants in Tenancy Agreements and estate wide Good Neighbour Agreements (GNA) and we take enforcement action where appropriate.
Estuary work in partnership with our tenants, leaseholders and other agencies to prevent and deal with anti-social behaviour.

‘Stop the Hate’ initiative has been launched (Wednesday December 4th 2013) as part of a concerted effort to find new ways to tackle hate crime in Essex.
The theme is ‘Report it to Sort it’ and emphasises on encouraging people to tell police if they have been a victim of hate crime, whether it be based on race, religion, sexual orientation, transgender identity or disability. Click Here for more information >>
If you ask we will send you a copy of our anti-social behaviour policy and procedure which will provide you with further details on antisocial behaviour. We also have separate leaflets available that provide more information on harassment, completing an anti-social behaviour diary and mediation.
