MOBILE PHONE TENDER:
Estuary Housing is looking to appoint a supplier to deliver a mobile communications service for voice and data, including the provision of hardware and support services.
The contract will be for a 2 year period.

Resident Involvement Awards
There are many unsung heroes who contribute towards building better communities and who work tirelessly to support and promote our residents. We want to recognise these people and are organising our third Resident Award Evening, which will take place at the same time as our Annual Resident Involvement Thank You Dinner on June 8th 2013. What you need to know about changes due to the Welfare Reform Act 2012.
The Government is reducing the amount of housing benefit some people can claim. If you claim housing benefit to help pay your rent you may be affected by changes from April 2013. The changes mean that some people will get less housing benefit than they did before.

- Signposting for: Claiming benefits (housing income support, child tax and child benefits) and to other professionals such as Police, health professionals, education and voluntary agencies.

Bad Weather Conditions Across Essex05 December 2012
The bad weather across Essex has not affected our usual service to customers. Our repairs services is also operating as normal. You may experience some delays in call answering and arrival of contractors as we are not fully staffed in all areas due to bad travel conditions.

Please note that Estuary Housing Association offices will be closed on Wednesday 12 September and will re-open for general enquiries at 8.30 am on Thursday 13 September.
The Family Centre and Nursery will be open as usual and can be contacted on 01702 617446 and 01702 619893 respectively.
If you have an emergency repair please call our repairs line on 0800 783 0496 and select option 1 to be transferred to our emergency repair service. All non-urgent and non-emergency repairs can be reported via this website.
