If you have read the recent Summer/Autumn 2013 Estuary News magazine, you would have seen an article about improving our service to customers on page 4.
As the article explains, part of this improvement is a replacement to the See My Data customer portal on Estuary’s website. This will be replaced by the new look “My Estuary” customer portal.
As an existing user of See My Data, we would like to give you an opportunity to feed into the new look of the new customer portal. If you are interested in testing My Estuary, please email Marcus.email@example.com by 30th September 2013.
Ten customers will be chosen to test the system, and entered into a prize draw to win £50 Love2Shop vouchers. Testing will take place between 1st October 2013 and 11th October 2013. You will be able to test the system wherever you can access the internet, and at any time convenient to yourself.
We expect My Estuary to be available to all Estuary customers by the end of November 2013.
You can now access information about your home from your computer. The See My Data online service allows you to:
To use See My Data you must be a tenant or a leaseholder and have access to a computer connected to the internet.
You must register to use this service. Registration and site use is free.
Once you have registered, your application will be processed and you will be sent your own log on details and PIN number by post which will allow you to access your personal information.
Over 500 residents have already registered for this service. It’s quick and easy and will allow you to access your details 24 hours a day.
