When you sign your tenancy agreement, you take on the responsibility of ensuring that the rent and service charge, where appropriate, is paid in full and on the day it is due.
You can pay your rent online by going to: https://www.allpayments.net/allpayments/. You will need your payment reference number to log into the site and make your payment.
The new Allpay app enables residents to pay rent at the touch of a button using your Apple or Android smartphone. It is free to download from the Apple App store and Google play for customers of all pay clients.

You can pay your rent by swipe card at Post Offices and outlets displaying the PayPoint symbol. You can also pay over the telephone using the 24 hour automated service 0844 557 8321 (5p per minute from landlines, mobile charges may vary), or on-line using a debit or credit card. You will also need your rent payment card. If you need to make an urgent payment and have either lost or not been issued with a payment swipe card, phone the Revenue Team on 0845 634 0635.

(Please be aware that cheque payments take 7 days to be processed).
You can now make rent payments by secure SMS text message. To use this service you will need a UK registered mobile phone, an allpay payment swipecard and a current debit or credit card. To begin making text payments register at : https://www.allpayments.net/textpay
Once registered you text a simple code and the amount you wish to pay to a designated number each time you want to make a payment, giving you the facility to pay your rent anytime, anyplace, anywhere.
Please remember your rent account should always be in advance or clear whether you are required to make weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments.
