The Federation of Estuary Residents  (FER) was founded in 1999 and is made up of Estuary residents who are keen to work on your behalf.

They give advice and support and liaise with Estuary on matters that may concern you.

Due to the recent adverse weather conditions our main office telephone lines – including  the tenant line and Family Centre numbers  - are currently unavailable. 

Repairs line calls are being taken by our out of hours service. 

We are working to resolve this issue and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

You can still email us on info@estuary.co.uk and log repairs and see your rent balance by logging into My Estuary.

The England Illegal Money Lending Team (IMLT) is a project set up to prosecute loan sharks and help any victims.  Working in partnership with local Trading Standards departments around the country, the IMLT works to rid communities of these illegal and unscrupulous lenders.  The team has launched a quick, on-line quiz to warn the public about loan sharks.  Everyone who takes part will be entered into a free prize draw to win £100 worth of shopping vouchers, with two runners up receiving goody-bags.
