They give advice and support and liaise with Estuary on matters that may concern you.

News and Events

Thumbnail for In Touch Thursday – What you told us

In Touch Thursday was completed for the fifth year on 22nd May 2014.  The event’s focus was for staff to visit residents and have a conversation about their home.
Who did we visit?
62 staff visited 170 homes in Southend, Thurrock, Havering and Colchester.  The majority of residents (93%) were satisfied with their home.
Would you like to know more about what residents thought of the repairs, gardening and cleaning?
To download the feedback leaflet click here or contact the Central Services Team on 01702 462246 or e-mail info@estuary.co.uk.  A member of the team will post a copy of the leaflet to your home.
