The Federation of Estuary Residents  (FER) was founded in 1999 and is made up of Estuary residents who are keen to work on your behalf.

They give advice and support and liaise with Estuary on matters that may concern you.

We offer a large training suite in central Southend which can be hired out for training and meetings.  Our staff really do focus on being thorough and ensuring a great service for our clients at quality prices.

Over the last seven years we have:
• Through our development and acquisition of over 800 homes been able to house 25% more families;

• Significantly grown our support and care business providing services to many of the most vulnerable in our communities:

• Increased our business turnover by 46%
