The Federation of Estuary Residents  (FER) was founded in 1999 and is made up of Estuary residents who are keen to work on your behalf.

They give advice and support and liaise with Estuary on matters that may concern you.

We offer a large training suite in central Southend which can be hired out for training and meetings.  Our staff really do focus on being thorough and ensuring a great service for our clients at quality prices.

With winter approaching, now is the perfect time to look at switching energy providers.

My Home Energy Switch is an energy supply service from the National Housing Federation to help tenants reduce their energy bills.

This service is completely free and impartial and on average customers save £92.49 on their energy bills.
