We have an established track record of delivering high quality, affordable housing and services to meet the housing need that exists across the Thames Gateway and Essex. Our portfolio includes new build, street properties and refurbishment.
Our development programme covers the eastern London boroughs through to Essex in the Thames Gateway and we currently have over 400 homes in the pipeline. Our Development Team works closely with architects and planners to ensure that the highest standards are maintained on all schemes, whilst ensuring values are maximised and costs are properly controlled.
Approximately 90% of our programme is by means of development in our own right, where we buy land and commission the design and build activities. We also work closely with a number of developers on Section 106 schemes, helping them to meet their planning obligations in a way that enhances the overall scheme.

Our Development Team of six work with local authorities, funders and partners to deliver well designed schemes that meet the needs of diverse communities. We provide homes across all tenures, in both general needs housing as well as supported housing schemes.
We are primarily funded by the Homes and Communities Agency, our current programme has received grant of over £39million and we have access to loan facilities of over £130million.
